The Evolve identity is a wide-tracked geometric wordmark paired with a custom symbol - an abstracted “E” of four flowing strokes inside an open bracket. The symbol and wordmark almost always travel together.

Primary lockup - the Evolve wordmark

The symbol with the EVOLVE wordmark is the primary identity. It has three colour treatments: full colour on light; violet symbol with a white wordmark on very dark backgrounds; and all-white on mid-dark, textured or photographic backgrounds.

The EVOLVE wordmark is set in Futura Light, all-caps, with letter-spacing: 0.32em. Always use the supplied artwork - never re-typeset or recolour it beyond these three approved treatments.

The symbol

The symbol carries the brand where space is tight - favicons, app icons, social avatars, badges. It stays in Evolve Violet on both light and deep-space backgrounds, reverses to white inside the violet app-icon tile, and is never recoloured.

Co-branded lockup - UNIC × Evolve

A tertiary lockup, for institutional and partnership contexts where the University of Nicosia relationship must be explicit - certificates, official announcements, MOUs. Do not lead with this lockup in product or marketing.

Clear space & minimum size

Protect the mark with clear space equal to the height of the symbol’s strokes on every side - measured as one “stroke unit”. Keep other graphics, type and edges outside this zone.

What never to do

The mark is fixed artwork. Do not redraw, recolour, distort or decorate it.

Don’t stretch, condense or otherwise alter the proportions.

Don’t recolour the mark. Violet, white reversed, or single-colour black only.

Don’t rotate or skew. The symbol always sits upright.

Don’t place the violet mark on a busy or low-contrast background - reverse it to white instead.

Don’t add drop shadows, glows, gradients, bevels or outlines.

Do use the supplied artwork at full opacity, upright, with clear space respected.
